We are a small yet energetic, focused and ambitious team with expertise in a range of skills such as Graphics, Interaction Usability and Web Design, Computer Science, Engineering, Natural Language Processing and Databases.

Despite this diversity, our Metholosophy coupled with our screening process that focuses on recruiting open-minded individuals, ensures that those at 4am work as a single unit understanding the possibilities and limitations of other functions. The result - An energy rich, learning filled atmosphere.

This platform provides for new and exciting possibilities as in the case of web-development wherein the Design team spends time understanding the requirements of the Interaction design team which in turn works with the development team to ensure that there is a balance between usability, quick load times and Search Optimization of websites.

In short, here is a bunch of ridiculously energetic, fiercely hard working and insanely focused bunch of completely crazy people who absolutely love what they work on!

Bharani V Setlur

Bharani studied design at the National Institute of Design in Ahmedabad, India. He specialized in Film and Video communication Design. He has worked in the advertisement production industry and freelanced as a Photographer, Cinematographer and Designer.

How he ended up as a Concept and interaction designer is part mystery, part hard work and rewiring of his brain.

He worked with Picopeta Simputers as a Consultant followed by full time work in Concept Design and Usability.Over the last 2 1/2 years Bharani set up the Design Lab for Geodesic Information Systems and Headed Concept Design and Usability operations for them.

His areas of work include, concept design, design strategy, interaction design, information architecture, media studies, communication design, industrial design and planning.

Some of his major work in interaction design and usability includes, the conceptualization and design of operating systems for mobile computing platforms and for Mobile phones. Design of independent third party applications for mobile phones ranging in functionality from entertainment to communication.

In Industrial design he has designed mobile computing devices ranging in form and function from mobile phones and tablet sized mobile computing solutions to printers and Point of sale devices.

Harish T Madabushi

Harish T Madabushi is a post-graduate in Theoretical Computer Science from The Chennai Mathematical Institute. He completed his Masters in 2007 - His Thesis consisting of his work at Pinstorm was entitled "Search Marketing Support Tools" and a small part this work was presented at SearchCamp2007 - an event organized by the Knowledge Foundation.

Harish has two years experience at Pinstorm Technologies, the largest Search Engine Marketing Company in Asia, where he built a research team from scratch. The team, which in 2006, consisted of just one person had grown to 12 people from 4 nationalities by mid 2008.

During his two years at Pinstorm, Harish and his team developed several advertising solutions that were considered by the industry to be innovative, efficient and cost effective. These included, "Live Context" a systems that enabled the advertising of dynamic content and BroadWords , a system that generated keywords for use in Search Marketing.
